Amelia Helza

Ms. Amelia is someone who really focuses on the students’ achievements. She will feel really successful when my students are able to speak confidently and correctly. She started her professional teaching career in 2011. She loves active classes and she prefers student to student interaction as majority to enhance their speaking quality. However, she thinks that the speaking should be in the correct way: the grammar, the choice of words and the pronunciation. Her expertise would be in accents reduce, pronunciation, and speaking as a whole.

Why did you choose teaching English as your career?

Teaching is another dimension of an unstoppable learning. This is the main reason why I choose Teaching as my career. As a teacher you will always open your horizon of new things and knowledge. The sensation of the success you share with the students; that’s why I wanted to become a teacher.

How long have you been teaching?

I have been teaching since 2011 and still counting.

What do you like most in teaching and giving training?

I like when my students achieve the goals and even beyond the objectives setlled. That’s what I like the most from teaching.

What are the three ways to be successful in learning English?

You should expose yourself to the language. Practicing is another effective way to keep on improving. Moreover, if you join English speaking community, you will get another chance to learn more.

What do you find challenging in teaching?

I think it is the moment when the students don’t want to be in the classroom or don’t have motivation at all.
